vauxhall astravan (98)?

problems with dashboard lights .... some lights fading, and some not working... can it be fixed, have the bulbs behind the instrument panel blown, or is there some other problem... please advise and tell me how to do this job! thanks

Yes you bulbs have had it just take out your panel and replace them only a 30min job
