pilot light?

my pilot light has turned of for 5 days now, i have a glow worm ultimate boiler i have no idea how to turn it on! any answers? it is automatic and the timmer setting are on allday but no heating is wroking..

The automatic ignition sequence requires several things to happen before it will light the burner. Too many things to check without much more information. Quickest and safest solution is to get a corgi registered engineer(not domestic plumber).
