How can I fix my Tevion CD MP3 Radio, car stereo?

How can I get a CD out of a Tevion CD MP3 Radio, when the eject button will not work. It has done it intermittently for a couple of months, but has now stopped working altogether. The CD stuck in is irreplaceable, so I would prefer to waste the stereo!

try using tweezers to prize it out?!? or take the back of the cd player, do u know how to use th sd card disc as mine will only play one song of each album is there a button that you press? any help would b greatfull!
