Vulcan Powerhouse heating DSI light shows & heat stops until pressed, why?

Vulcan Powerhouse programmable central ducted gas heating heating system.
The DSI light shows on the wall mounted thermostat control box and heating stops. This happens multiple times each day. You have to press the spot next to the light for heat to cut in again. Why? How can it be fixed? The manual does not mention what a DSI light is.

i have my Vulcan Powerhouse 100 serviced every two years. The DSI light has come on once or twice but the heating didn't stop. just pressed the button. We have had this unit since 1998 and have been told by the technician that there are parts that may die and can't be replaced only solution is the replace furnace.
I would like to know what the star rating is or are they too inefficient to have one.

The dsi light normally means the gas has gone out or there is some issue with it ( check the box thing outside to be sure the gas is on )

I have a Vulcan powerhouse HZ9041 which stops working from time to time, the fan is on but no heat. I don't know how to contact Vulcan for repair! Has anyone got an idea?

I have the same problem. The LED indicator on the circuit board confirms gas supply problem. We are on mains gas. Would anyone have a suggestion?

This happens to our unit when we run out/low on gas. (We are on LPG bottle gas). Maybe you have a gas supply problem.
