my dishwasher is not getting any water into the machine it is a g575 the grey box that is on the inlet pipe is not letting any water past it to reach the machine

I had same problem, repairman spent 10 seconds tightening a round vent on inside left side of machine. Apparently if this is loose the machine could leak so the grey box stops water getting in. You may need to turn off power, remove and dry this before replacing and tightening. I think the repair guy only hand tightened it??
