I have ferguson thomson technology t.v. with model number:T49N?
The problem is that , the volume is locked. when you switch on the t.v. the volume will open to a small distance and then stop.
It is so either you do it manually or with remote. The volume will never increase.No matter how you press the volume button it will not move or increase the volume.
Also the menu on the t.v. is locked.
If you press the menu, nothing will appear on the screen but all other functions are ok.
