kubota b7001 hydraulic fault ?

hi , my kubota has developed a fault i have only owned it for a month , any way i had just fitted a rotovator ,to work on my field here in ireland when after about an hour the hydraulics started to play up.
it started with when i raised the rotovator i would raise slow intermittenly, then it would take an age to lower again in short movements, i have checked the hydraulics level which is just on the tip of the dipstick , also does anyone know where i could get a workshop manual and parts manual for a b7001
thanks john

Also - here's a link to a gray market tractor support place. I got manuals (operator and maintenace) from them. Also a side note, the B7001 is the same as the B7100 US tractor - the parts are interchangeable. Just make sure you specify B7100 or the Kubota dealers won't talk to you.

Drop screw is a bolt (vertical) under the driver's seat - with a stop on it to allow you to freeze it in place. Flip the seat forward - and loosen the lock nut on it. Then just turn it in/out and test the raise/lower speeds.

Your tractor might have a rate of drop screw somewhere i am not 100% sure this could be screwed in to tight causing the slow drop as for the lift sounds like lack of oil.Try E bay for a manual
