I’ve bought The KX-TG5761S Panasonic cordless telephone.
In the operating instructions, page 36 it says:
1. “When a outside call is being received, the calling party’s name and telephone number are displayed” –in my case the name isn’t displayed.
2. “The handset and base unit announce the caller’s name displayed on the handset following every ring” –in my case the name is not announced.
Can you give me instructions how to fix it?
There isn’t costumer service where I live.

In order for that to work two things have to be in place:

1. Caller ID - a service provided by your telephone company

2. The Caller's name and telephone number need to be in the telephone's Phone Book.
