I am having trouble with my wife's ram 1500 van with a v6 the problem is?

the problem is that it won't start it is like it is out of gas even though it has plenty the fuel pump is working and is pressurizing the fuel system but it seems to not be getting into the cylinders to be ignited is this the onboard computer and if so what can I do to fix it do I have to replace the computer or what. Prior to this the van started to lose power you would hit the gas and it would take forever to get up to speed. by the time you it has also had a plague of electerical problems like the heater not working properly and other things along that line please help i am about at my last with this thing
