Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930 white line problem?

A white line across a blacked out screen intermitnetly shows up on my Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930 monitor. I have had the dual screens for more than 14 month now. Dell has already replaced the Grpahics card for me - so it is not the graphics card. I run a graphic design business and right now I am loosing time and money on this - Please help if any one knowes this problem

I've been having this problem combined with a drastic decrease in refresh rate. Now the refresh rate is less than 70 Hz. Well, I don't have the perfectly correct answer on your question, but slapping the monitor helps.:) Other attempts of maintanence might involve either a crowbar or a specialist in electronics.

I cannot give you a solution but I am on this page because my Diamond Pro 930 has been doing the same thing for some time now and it seems to be becoming more frequent. This monitor is over 4 years old and is still a brilliant piece of kit when it runs properly. I have always found that turning it off and back on several times eventually makes it function normally. However the problem is becoming more frequent.
