The screen on my portable DVD player will not work?
I purchased an AMC Multimedia AMW-M520BLK Portable DVD player and first the spring broke to open the door to put the DVD in and now the screen goes black. IT was as if the lighting was turned way down and I could still hear the dvd. I just want to know where I can take it to be repaired.
I also have an AMW portable DVD player and my screen is black with the movie still playing. I don't know how to fix the problem, but if you find out, please let me know
