Help?

I have a Bosch WFF1201. When I press the on button it will click a couple of times to move on to the point where the water should start feeding in then it blows the fuse box for the whole house! Help. I was told it might be the relay. What's that and can I fix it? Or do I need to get a man in? Or should I just get a new one?

Get a man in first. It could be the difference between £50 and £400 :)
