comes up with problem " clean carrier jam " . the scanner will not go forward and come back so it can reset. orange light keeps flashing. would really appreciate it if somebody could help. thankyou for taking timeout to read this question. look forward to your solution.
When I press print it is coming up left cartridge detatched? What do I do?

I was having this problem and reloaded the manufacturers printer software onto my computer and it is working fine now. The the orange light and the carrier heavy clunking sound vanished.
