My JVC TV will not turn on. When plugged in, it repeatedley turns off and on with less than second in between intervals. There is no picture and it just clicks away. Also sounds like there is a glass rattle inside the tv when you walk near it

I don't have an answer of how to help you but my JVC TV does the same thing . Right now we are trying to fix it . When we opened up our TV there was ample amounts of dirt and dust in it . We think that may be the problem . After we get it working I will give you an update.
