My freezer is frosting up inside. Also there is a large collection of frozen water in the bottom of the freezer. Any thoughts as to repairing/diagnosing this issue?
Check to make sure your defrost drain is not clogged with ice which would cause this situation. The tube runs down to the bottom of the fridge and is designed to carry the water that is melted off the evaporator.
