Hi i bought a compaq evo n600c lap top second hand and i cannot download some programmes as i have not got administrators rights?? can i change this? or do i completely re-programme the pc? any ideas?..

The easiest way is to ask the person who you got it from for the password. Alternatively reload the Operating System - Windows XP? (You won't be 'reprogramming' the PC.)
