How can I stop slight leak (fill cycle) Matag model A283?
I located a small plastic rectangular cup in the fill hose. A small very flexible tube is inside the connection that appears to expand when water flow starts to fill tub. The plastic cup partially fills initially and builds to over flowing before the tub completely fills. Anyone know what this is? Any ideas on how to prevent the overflow?
Are you talking about the plastic piece between the fill valve and the tub nozzle? If so, that is called a fill injector and if that is leaking it can be easily replaced.
