where can i buy a replacement wire (actual ghd part) for my straighteners?

my straighteners worked intermittantly then stop im electrically minded so i took them apart and changed the wire (with my sisters set) and they are fine its just a loose connection.
I sent an email to jemella asking for a site to buy a wire but i cannot find any and they never bothered to email back anyone know of somewhere i can buy one.

hi there i have my own design lead which works better than ghds ..it is more robust with the same flexibility .but it will eliminate the swivel action which causes many problems anyway
