When water runs through the liquid Bleach and Fabric Softener Dispencer some leaks out on the floor near the front left corner (which would be directly below the dispencer at the top). The Model # is 110.92598200. I have tried to open the the top of the Washing Machine but am afraid that I may break it, is it just a real tough pry to open it or am I doing something wrong. Someone please help.

Hello,

Your washer is a direct drive washer made by Whirlpool. To open the cabinet you have to first pop off the plastic moldings (if you have them) at each end of the console. Next, remove the screws and flip the console up. Dissconnect the lid switch harness that is now visable. You will also see two metal brackets which can be pryed off with a straight screwdriver. Once these are off, stand if front of the washer and rock the whole cabinet forward and you will have access to the entire washer. Hope this helps.
