my dvd player has a blank display and the panel buttons don't work. If i manually insert a dvd disc the movie menu is displayed on the tv. The volts on the p/supply board are close, but only 2.5v instead of 3.5v on display/buttons board. Can't see anything else obvious. Got any ideas please?

re:onix 2023x dvd player.
check for faulty [bulging tops or leaky electrolytics] on the
power supply board.
i had a similar problem with this model, spent .20cents on 2
new 2200uf/16volt electrolytic capacitors all fixed.
