HOW CAN I REMOVE A CD STUCK IN MY CAR PLAYER?

A cd is stuck in my Ford F150 cd player. I am unable to remove it. At times, I receive a message that there is a reject error; at other times, a message appears that there is no cd in the player.

remove the positive side of battery from the post. let sit for a few minutes. reattach. cd should spit out. does not work every time.
