i put the wash on today and my son put the buttons on stain remover and extra rinse and how the water wont drain it wont spin rinse or do anything and the red light keeps flashing and i opened the door with all the water still in it what shall i do i have turned it off by the mains turning it off reseting it and dont know what els to try

you have got a blocked sensor pipe look on the pump for skinny pipe ;disconnect ;trace wire to top of washer ;disconnect clean out and make sure you can blow down it
