Mini SD Memory Card Not readable?

I formatted my memory card I believe in the wrong setting. I did not realize at the time. But ever since then my phone does not recognize the card nor the pc. Its a TopRam Memory card 4 gb. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Any feedback is helpful!
