kenmore washer model 110 fills with water but does not wash, spin, or drain. I can hear the motor trying to do something but nothing is working. I layed the washer on its side and can see that the belt on the bottom is very worn out, is this my problem? how do I fix it?

not belt but if worn replace anyway ;look on pump 4 skinny pipe ;disconnect;trace pipe 2 sencor at top of washer ;disconnect;claen out pippe !make sure can blow down
