Repairing Fuji Finepix Digital Cameras?

In the event of the 'Dead Camera'condition one must consider the elementary aspect which is the failure of the FUSE.
Can anyone point me out a source of information relating to the location of this item on the 601 and the 6800. This information does not seem to be generaly available and no help in this direction is available from Fuji for obvious commercial reasons.

A completely dead camera- I check the fuses first. Problem is, the fuses are not clearly marked and are not standardized. Most often, however, the fuse will be approx. 1.5mm wide by 2.5mm long and will have a letter on it. Sometimes a white letter on black background, sometimes a black letter on white background. Note, I have added this reply to my question which I was given by a camera mechanic in the USA. It would seem that there has been no replies from anyone else. Regards Dennis Leefarr
