Problem with Hotpoint Ultima WD860 washer / dryer.

When running a full load of washing, water sometimes leaks from the powder drawer, although it never happens with a partial load. Is this a known problem, and if so what is the solution?

I had the same issue and fater 5 enginner visits the last one decided to check the filter (which is not accessible by the user - how stupid is that). Turned out it was blocked with a plastic bag (obviously left in a pocket) and was causing the water not to empty properly. May be worth getting it checked.

thanks for the suggestion. Already done that, but still leaking at the end of the rinse cycle before it starts to spin.

Tried to remove the top of the unit to get access, but cannot release the front without potential damage. How can I release it?

Tried to access your site and got to the Forum, but it lead to an empty page ........
