Try typing :

'expansion vessel recharge.?'

and the like in the search box of this site, or google it.
Small leaks can be cured by injecting fernox leak sealer concentrate in to a bleed point with a caulking gun.

There is a small leak in my upstairs bathroom radiator. I have turned that on off stopped water getting into it. I have taken of the top nut and allowed to drain. The leak was coming from that top nut the seal around it had broke also the bit on that nut which you can turn to bleed the radiator wont tighten up which again is causing a slight leak all need replacing I think. There doesnt seem to be any other leaks. When I replace that top nut do i just allow the water to run back through that radiator. When the guage is set to 1.5 bar and turned on it does go up to about 3 bar. And the PRV if thats leaking where would i find the water in or outside the house. Thanks

you need to do a few checks before you suspect the vessel.
check all rads, valves, pipes for leaks.
the prv. ( the pipe from the boiler to the outside wall )if thats been leaking.
when the boiler is at 1.5bar and you put heating on does the pressure gauge rise or stay about 1.5bar ?
