I have the GE 28031EE4 digital phone system, 5.8ghz, with four handsets. Two of them are "handset 1", and I have no "handset 4". One of the number 1's does not work. I've tried resetting per manufacturer's instruction, with no change. Batteries are all good. Can someone tell me how to reset one of the handsets to "handset 4"? Thanks.... DMJ

Select the Mute/Program button above the 3 on your keypad of your phone.
Next select the arrow down key until you have hi-lighted 'Handset setup' then hit the 'Mute/Program' key again.
Next select the arrow down key until you have hi-lighted 'Handset Name' then hit the 'Mute/Program' key again.
Now enter with the number pad a name for your phone such as "handset 1' or "Backroom" or "Kitchen"
