My daughter bought this 2nd hand (although it was quite new) it constantly has the FF showing in the temp window. She doesn't have the manual to change the temp but its way too cold, the milk in the fridge has ice in it in the mornings. Could someone tell me how to change the temp and get rid of the FF which I am presuming is fast freeze? Thank You.

When I save at +3 , it says +6 . Is that the outside temperature ? My freezer says -21 is that ok ?

You press the FF (fast freeze) button to turn off the FF sign - I am surprised this remains on as it should go off after 2 days, so perhaps the problem is solved by now.. However, this is not the reason for the food in the fridge being iced-up. To stop the food freezing, look in the lowest cabin in the fridge (meat/fish tray) towards the back is a hole and you need to block that hole (blue tac will do) and this should prevent the food in the fridge being froze.

Note also that food with high water content such as vegetable should not be put in this lower tray as food therein has a tendency to freeze.

You can also set the temperature for the fridge compartment by pressing the temperature set button repeatedly until you reach the desired temp between 2 and 6 and then press save.
