Hi, i have just moved into a property that has had a new boiler fitted, its a combi boiler ferroli optimax he31c i ve read through the instructions and i didnt help me at all. i cannot get the heating to come on ive pushed all the buttons and turned up the termostat but still nothing. in the booklet it says nothing at all about the timer which seems to be making everything not come on straight away. also the hot water doesnt always come on when it should ( it comes on hot then it wont work the next time i turn on the tap). could you give me any advice please

Below the boiler you will find a valve gauge reading 0-5, most likely, your's will be sitting at 1. You need to refill the pressure for the boiler by turning the black and blue levers nearby. First unlock the black pressure lever, then unlock the blue. Depending on which ones are already open/closed, you will hear the pressure slowly building. Fill this to around 2 or 2.5 on the gauge. Turn the levers off in reverse order to stop the pressure from building.

I have no hot water nor heating. My boiler is flashing F 37. Could some one please tell me what is wrong with it. Also how to fix it . thanks
