how can i fix my classic cd player?

i have a 2002 classic cd player 45 second/ARS. It also has an am/fm radio. When i put cd in there it says there is no disk and the cd gets scratched.

Sounds like something other than a CD got put in and has buckled/broken the drawer. It needs replacement, which may not be economic or even possible (depending on whether spares are available).
