Fault code F-05 WD640 Hotpoint?

Hi, can anybody tell me what fault code f-05 is on my wd640 hotpoint washer dryer? The code appeared during a dry cycle however the washing machine leaked during the previous wash cycle, cannot find any details in manual for this fault, Help please???
