the same happened to my zanussi and no one is intrested to repair it which is ashame really as its only16 months old . Im sure its not a big problem for those in the know.

mine has the same problem and if you look around the internet you will find scores of people with the same fault.
i wonder if BBC Watchdog would be interested?
