Bad Pool Caller?

I was playing world of Warcraft, had AIM on then I got disconnected form the internet so like usual I just go to restart then my whole computer freezes and the blue screen comes up. Everytime I restart I see right at the welcome screen. I've tried reinstalling Windows and I removed my usb cables too. I don't know much in computers so can someone help me??

Bad Pool Caller on its own isn't much use. It means that a pirece of software is doing something wrong. The error message will be accompanied by an error code which can lead you to what is going wrong. Next time you get the error try enterng the error code at www.microsoft.com and see what you come up with.
