when machine goes onto spin cycle makes a hell of a rattling/ grinding noise --- could it be the bearing gone and would i be able to buy them and fit them myself without any special tools.

hi these have a steel drum unlike the modern machines that have plastic, they are a nightmare to do the bearings on (the whole drum has to come out of the machine(time for a new one)however if you would take the timer off i would appreciate it because i need one
