Rear projection TV?
First ensure user convergence adjustment is set up per user instruction manual.
Possibly, contaminated coolant infront of green CRT. Especially if the area of haze is patchy and appears to move.
On many, the coolant can be replaced seperately from tube saving on repair cost.
Otherwise, perhaps blue or red CRT have low emission, causing a predominantly green image.
