I have an Ariston Margherita 2000 A1435. The maching will fill with water, but not turn - instead it makes a sound but the drum doesn't turn - I have tried to assist the belt, but the motor is not driving at all in this part of the cycle. When it comes to spin, the drum turns correctly without any problem ! It therefore cannot be the motor or the belt, but something relating to the control. There are no error codes either. Is anyone able to help ?

hi the relay on the main board that runs the motor on wash has gone it can be repaired
