How can I fix my Sanyo 27' it has a light blue tint all over the screen?

Model # DS27910

My T.V. has a light blue tint all over the screen? I called customer service and they said it might be a color chip. Need Help Please.

Could be a fault in the unit, make sure there are no magnets near the unit, for example unscreened speakers etc.
