how do i change speakers in my honda civic 2003
crazee, June 2007
LOOK UP THE RIGHT SIZE SPEAKERS AND BUY NEW ONES FIRST.
THEN REMOVE ALL THE COVERS (VERY GENTLY) AND PANELS NECESSARY TO GET TO THE SPEAKER.
REMOVE THE SCREWS HOLDING THE SPEAKERS IN PLACE,
GET THE SPEAKER OUT OF THE HOLE, DISCONNECT THE WIRES
PUT NEW SPEAKER IN AFTER YOU HOOK UP THE WIRES
PAY ATTENTION TO THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE MARKS +/- ON THE SPEAKERS AND PUT THEM IN THE SAME WAY AS YOU TOOK THEM OUT.
THE +/- MARKS ON THE SPEAKER WONT MESS ANYTHING UP IF YOU DO HOOK THEM UP BACKWARDS, THEY WILL JUST SOUND FUNNY.
IF YOU CANT TELL WHAT WIRE WAS WHERE , JUST HOOK THEM UP / PLAY THE RADIO AND THEN SWITCH THEM BACK N FORTH TILL THEY SOUND RIGHT.
DO THEM ONE AT A TIME ITS EASIER , AND (((NO)))
TOUCHING THE WIRES WITH YOUR HANDS WILL NOT SHOCK YOU . IF THE RADIO IS ON. AND IT WONT HURT IF YOU TOUCH THEM TOGETHER .
JUST DONT KEEP THEM TOUCHING TOO LONG.

HAVE FUN
