How can i fix the pressure keep on my vokera excell 80 sp?

The pressure on my vokera excell 80 sp keeps going up. I have turned the pressure release valve to relase the pressure but it goes back up straight away and then water starts to drip out of my overflow pipe. Does anyone know how i can stop the pressure going up?

Thanks, do you mean the domestic heat exchanger or main heat exchanger?

Have you checked the filling loop? Try disconnecting it first to see if it is passing water when turned off.

your dhw (domestic hot water) heat exchanger is passing water to your primary circult. in other words its split allowing mains water to the heating side
needs a new heat exchanger, shut your mains stopcock for now to you can get it fixed. that will stop the pressure rising and your prv leaking (overflow)

Yes, it rises up to about 3 bars each time

is it going up to about 3 bar ?
does it go up without the heating on ?
shut your mains water stopcock release the pressure back to 1.5 bar, then check gauge. is it not rising now.?
