How to get fuel to the carb?

I have a weed eater FL20 and I cannot get the fuel through to the carb. When I prime the weed eater it will start ok, but the motor will shut down once this primer gas is used up, the motor do not get anymore gas, therefore shuts down on me. Also is there a special tool to use to adjust the set screws for the carb. I do not have any tool in my tool box that fit over the set screws to adjust them. I purchased the weed eater at Walmart last summer so it did not get mush use. Can anyone ansewr my questions.

Thanks

The adjusting part is the screw on the choke side of the carb. You can tighten or loosen it just by using an everyday screwdriver. Either a philips or a flathead will work. It is accessible without having to even dismantle the machine, just look behind your yellow choke arm.
