tape wont come out?

i have a phillips vr 260 video recorder. i try to eject tape and it wont come out. i think its the child lock but i cant get it out.

Remove the outer case of the VCR (disconnect from mains first). Try winding the cogs slowly on the right side of the loading tray by hand as you help it out. This can happen with a healthy VCR. The tape may be damaged, throw away.
