sime super 90 how to get hot water with out the rads been on?
if i have got the rads on the hot water is fine as soon as you turn the rads off the hot water goes cold it does not fire up put the rads back on its ok
the same thing happens to mine i have had it replaced twice in twelve years its some rubber gasket that eventually breaks up my repair was only bout 60quid both times

sounds like the diaphrams gone within the divert valve, you can buy a repair kit or just replace the whole thing.
you ckould also look to see if the pin on the diverter valve comes up high enough to reach the micro switches (big brass thing)
