HELP - did you find an answer to your problem of an intermittent stall on honda outboard? I have a 15hp with the identical problem which is driving me mad. Did you find the answer or did you decide to replace the engine.

Sounds like you need a service !
you will most probably find that after a clean out your problem will be solved ie carbs, spark plugs, and get your HT leads checked etc

Highly Unlikely to be a misfire in the true sense more than likely the carbs are gummed up or have water in them. try removing and cleaning them. post more about the symptoms I may be able to help
