My Smeg 710e is not heating the water, how do I check the element?

remember power offffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

you would 1stly need to locate parts, then you would need to insulation resistance test it with a mega meter, expensive tool...if you dont have one then i would call an engineer..
