Blank screen on start up?
When I start-up the laptop, there is a black screen with options like safe mode, start windows normally etc (5 options in total) and all freezes when I press on any option. I also tried going into the set up and asked for it to reboot using the Operating system CD but that didn't work either. Can somebody advise what to do please?
The model is an HP Pavilion ze5600.
