I have recently bought a Matsui TV/VCR/DVD combo, (14TVDVR1-04) and have problems with playback, even with tapes recorded on this machine. There is constant interruption of the picture, and interference. Tapes recorded on another VCR also don't playback clearly, which is annoying. I absolutely hate this machine, but I can't find any website for Matsui to complain directly to them.

Hi Don

Matsui is a brand name of products sold by Currys. Hence you will not normally find this brand elswhere, (new), and you will find no website for them as a manufacturer.

Currys, along with the others in that group, Dixons, PC World, are not interested in providing any kind of product support, only in selling equipment, (and extended guarantees).

If the item is new, or is under guarantee, take it back to Currys and demand a refund. Getting it fixed outside of the Currys operation could be a problem due to unavailability of parts etc.
