i still have a ariston euro combi a/23.
i was told the air pressure switch may be at fault for the lack of constant hot water, when the sealed panel is removed and the hot water run it stays hot/the boiler continues to run .
as soon as the seald panel is put back the burner goes out and it cools down before re-igniting. is the fault so easy i can't see?

remove fan and clean blades. also check pipes on to air pressure switch + check the flue outside for debris or damage, problem sounds like air pressure differential not correct
