can you please advise why the red light is constantly on and why the fridge is not cold but the freezer is working?

Hi, i have a fridge freezer , frostfree , hotpoint. and the freezer has stoped working and fridge is freezing all the goods and it as start making eis now

All you have to do is press the green 'Fast freeze' button. This button is only useful if you have to defrost the fridge & need to cool your fridge quickly.
