How can i take password off bios?

just to add to previous comments-
if it's a new-ish laptop then the chance is that the password is stored on a security chip which will need to be replaced/reprogrammed. (some laptops-e.g. dell-will take a clear chip, others -e.g. ibm-you have to reprogram to make it work).
if the laptop is an older one (5 years + and not an ibm) then you might indeed be able to find 2 connectors which will clear cmos if you short them. you might also try to remove cmos battery for a while and see if it clears the password.

Some PCs, especially laptops, have built-in security chips on the motherboard if that is where the password is then the laptop is toast. I think that it is a good idea to use this facility if the PC has it. Should my laptop ever be stolen not only will my data be secure but the thief will not make anything from the deal - unless of course he/she can find a mug.

look at your manual. There are normally 2 pins on the motherboard you have to short circuit. The computer needs to be disconnected from the mains and use something like a paper clip to short circuit the connectors.
